bat39 Terms and Conditions – Rules for All Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using bat39 in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and bat39. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not create an account or use any bat39 service.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bat39 services including Slots, Sports Betting, Fish Games, Bingo, Live Casino, all payment functions and any promotions or bonuses offered by bat39. 2. Account Registration

One account per player. Each individual may hold only one bat39 account at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether using your real identity or a different name, email or phone number — is strictly prohibited. If bat39 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and balances may be forfeited.

Age requirement. You must be 18 years of age or older to create a bat39 account. bat39 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be closed immediately.

Account credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bat39 username and password. Do not share your login details with any other person. bat39 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from a player sharing their credentials or allowing another person to access their account.

• Registration requires a valid phone number — used for account verification and payment confirmation.
• You must be the legal owner of the payment accounts you register on bat39 for deposits and withdrawals.
• bat39 may request identity verification (such as a CNIC copy) before processing withdrawals or in response to a security review.
• Accounts registered using VPNs or proxy services to bypass geographic restrictions may be closed without notice.

3. Deposits and Payments

All bat39 accounts operate in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). There are no currency conversion fees on bat39 — your account balance, deposits and withdrawals are all handled natively in PKR.

bat39 supports the following payment methods for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and selected mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment channels may vary and bat39 reserves the right to add or remove payment options at any time.

• You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — meaning deposits made using a payment account belonging to someone else — are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per payment method. These limits are displayed during the deposit process.
• bat39 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges for certain transaction types.
• Deposits are generally credited to your bat39 account balance quickly after confirmation. Timing may vary by payment method and depends on your payment provider's processing speed.

bat39 reserves the right to decline, reverse or investigate any deposit that appears suspicious, originates from a flagged payment source or is inconsistent with the account's normal activity. In such cases, bat39 may request additional verification before crediting or releasing funds.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on bat39 are processed to the verified payment accounts linked to your player profile. Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment account that belongs to you — not to a third-party account.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of submitting a withdrawal request.
• bat39 may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or larger amounts.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed quickly. Bank Transfer timelines follow standard interbank processing schedules.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. See Section 5 for full bonus withdrawal conditions.
• bat39 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending verification, investigation of suspicious activity or confirmation that all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bat39 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL (Pakistan Super League) matches and T20 tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the terms stated in the specific promotion in addition to the general bonus conditions below.

Wagering requirements. Bonuses credited to your bat39 account are not withdrawable as cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed. The wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion details. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered a total of 30 times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household and per IP address. Circumventing this rule by creating multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential account suspension.
• bat39 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or expire any bonus at any time without prior notice, except where a bonus is already in active use by a player who has started meeting the wagering requirements.

If you have an active bonus on your account and you make a withdrawal request before completing the wagering requirement, bat39 reserves the right to remove the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings before processing the withdrawal of your real-money balance.

6. Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on bat39 — including Slots, Live Casino, Fish Games, Bingo and Sports Betting — operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or betting market. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game they choose to play.

bat39 Slots and table games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The outcome of each spin or game round is independent and cannot be influenced by previous results, the size of your bet or any external factor.

Sports Betting. Bets on Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Esports and other sports markets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event. In-play bets are accepted subject to the live betting rules stated in the Betting section of the platform. bat39 reserves the right to void bets where there is clear evidence of a technical error in odds or where an event has been impacted by exceptional circumstances.

• Bets once confirmed and accepted by bat39 cannot be cancelled by the player, except where bat39 offers a specific cash-out feature for that market.
• bat39 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum winnings on any game or betting market at its discretion.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round or live bet, the outcome will be determined based on the last confirmed server-side state of the game. bat39's decision in such cases is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bat39. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and permanent ban from the platform.

• Fraud or deception: Using false identity information, stolen payment credentials or fraudulent documents to register or operate a bat39 account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hands in card games or exploit live betting markets through coordinated activity.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated tools to meet wagering requirements, or any systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Money laundering: Using bat39 to deposit and withdraw funds for the purpose of obscuring the origin of money. bat39 cooperates fully with any lawful investigation into such activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal on a deposit after wagering those funds. Any chargeback attempt will result in account suspension and recovery action for the full disputed amount.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts or any automated software to place bets or play games on bat39 without genuine manual player interaction.
• Exploiting errors: Taking advantage of software bugs, display errors in odds or any other technical malfunction to place bets or make transactions that you reasonably know to be the result of an error.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

bat39 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Suspected money laundering or other illegal financial activity.
• Account found to belong to a player under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts identified as belonging to the same individual.
• Chargeback or payment reversal initiated against bat39.
• Account showing unusual activity consistent with automated play or systematic bonus abuse.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, access to the account balance will be on hold until the investigation is complete. If the investigation confirms a violation, the balance may be forfeited in full or in part depending on the nature of the breach. If no violation is confirmed, the account and balance will be reinstated.

9. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits that restrict how much you can deposit in a given period. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases have a 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.
• Session time reminders: Configure reminders that notify you when you have been playing for a defined period of time.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or extended self-exclusion period, during which your account will be completely inaccessible. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately.

11. Limitation of Liability

bat39 is not liable for:

In all cases, bat39's maximum liability to any player for any single incident shall not exceed the value of the player's verified account balance at the time of the incident.

bat39 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, bat39 may notify registered players via their registered contact details, though this is at bat39's discretion and is not guaranteed for every update.
